priority. All team members participate in Association sponsored
training classes, Exit International Training and EREP Training courses
on a continual basis. Team members are experts in the residential real
estate fields of Second home, Luxury and Vacation home purchases and
sales, buying and selling Investment properties and the purchase and
sale of Primary residences. Total Realty Team is registered with the Better Business Bureau, member of the Avalon Park Rotary Club, East Orlando Chamber of Commerce and DeYanna is the current President of Ovation, serves on the Board of Directors for the Orlando Philharmonic and the Orlando Marine Institute. Every team member is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Orlando Regional Realtors Association. Total Realty Team is a community based team. They believe that giving to the community is extremely important. To back up this philosophy they sponsor several community events through out the year, such as, “Music and Moonlight” that benefits the Orlando Philharmonic, The EOCC Golf tournament to benefit the Children’s Rescue Network, East Orlando Supports Education fundraiser, and the Clip for the Cure to support Breast Cancer Research. The team demonstrates their beliefs of community involvement financially by donating one percent of their net commissions to the House of Hope. As agents within the Exit Corporation they also contribute to Habitat for Humanity. At the Exit Convention 2006, Habitat for Humanity was presented a check for $300,000.00.
